Frequently asked questions

FAQ — Make your carbon measurement (MRV) verifiable by a third party

Monitoring, reporting, verification (MRV): continuous measurement sealed at the source, eIDAS timestamping, Hedera anchoring.

Short answer

By sealing every measurement at the source (meter, inverter, sensor) continuously, eIDAS-timestamped and anchored on Hedera. Your auditor verifies the history by recomputing the hash, without taking your word for it.

How do I make my production data verifiable by an auditor?
By sealing every measurement at the source (meter, inverter, sensor) continuously, eIDAS-timestamped and anchored on Hedera. Your auditor verifies the history by recomputing the hash, without taking your word for it.
Will my measurements be accepted for a carbon credit or Article 6?
They are a technical evidence element: continuous, timestamped and anchored measurement. They support your verification file, without replacing the certification body's or Article 6's own requirements.
At what cadence is my MRV measured?
Continuously, at a 15-minute cadence, with a verdict computed on a rolling 24-hour window. The measurement reflects real production, not a snapshot declared after the fact.
Who can verify the integrity of my readings without taking my word for it?
Any third party holding the hash: auditor, credit buyer, independent verifier. Verification is done by recomputing the SHA-256 hash, with no account and no access to your infrastructure.
How much does monitoring cost per site per month?
€0.20 per seal, eIDAS timestamping included. The MRV Proof offer is €2,000/month for continuous measurement of one production site.
Is the data sealed at the source (meter, inverter)?
Yes. Capture is passive, directly at the production source, with no manual re-entry: nothing to falsify, and any later alteration becomes detectable.
